My first Purikura at Odaiba

On May 1, I and my wife met my wife's friend and her family who came to Japan a month ago in Odaiba.
The friend's husband is a Filipino working as an engineer in Yokohama, and he invited his wife and their high school child to Japan.
This family and another Filipino couple joined us, making a total of seven people, and we enjoyed dinner and shopping.

Unfortunately, it was raining lightly, so we were not able to explore the outdoors. I think it was a little disappointing for my wife's friends who had come all the way here to see the sights.

Still, Odaiba had a shopping mall, so I was able to pass the time reasonably well.
The Daiba City Tokyo Plaza, which houses a life-size Gundam, was crowded with many people during the Golden Week holidays.

Round One Stadium on the 6th and 7th floors of this plaza has bowling, karaoke, and a game center, perfect for passing the time while having fun.

We all thought about doing karaoke together, but the wait was 110 minutes, so we gave up and decided to play at the arcade.

My wife was trying to play UFO catcher, but it was not going well. The claw part is slippery and flimsy, so it is very difficult to pick it up, but it falls off.
My friend's child caught a rather large stuffed animal. That's impressive.

A Filipino couple found a Purikura on the 7th floor.
The selfie-loving Filipinos would not miss the purikura, and everyone agreed to take a picture together.

I am not good at taking pictures. I have never used purikura before.
This time, my wife urged me to try it with her.

With Purikura, which can easily be digitally processed, the result is quite deformed.
In other words, you can take cute pictures that are far removed from the real thing.
You can also receive the photos on your smartphone, making it easy to save and share them.
It was an interesting once-in-a-lifetime experience for me.
