System down, went to hospital again.

A few days ago, my wife told me that her left shoulder hurt when she lifted her arm, so yesterday morning we went to Ushio Hospital.
When I went to the hospital, there were not many people sitting in the chairs in front of the reception desk, which is usually reserved for the receptionists and the bill collectors. Yesterday, however, there were many people sitting there.

When I went to the receptionist, she said the computer system was out of order and she could not accept new patients or settle the bill.
I checked google to see if there were any other orthopedic surgeons nearby, but they are only about a 30 minute walk away.

I did not know the cause of my wife's shoulder pain, but I did not want to go to a hospital in an inconvenient location if she needed to go to the hospital in the future.
So we decided to stop by the supermarket and do some shopping before returning home.

I called the hospital a little before noon and was told that the computer system had been restored. Once again, We had to leave a little after 2:00 pm.

The hospital took an x-ray to look at it, but fortunately the pain in my wife's shoulder was not a joint abnormality. At any rate, she was given a prescription for an injection and medicine for pain relief.

The payment at the hospital and the dispensary was about 4,000 yen. My wife felt it was quite inexpensive.
The Philippines also has a public health insurance system called PhilHealth, but it seems that about 70% of the cost is paid by the patient.

In Japan, 30% of the cost is borne by the insured, so I imagine that the benefit/burden ratio is reversed. My wife also works, so she pays a certain amount of health insurance premiums every month, so I can't say that it is cheap.

The computer system was down, so I had to make two trips to the hospital, but what the heck if I consider it exercise.
But I don't think it was a diet because my wife wanted to have a McDonald's set for dinner.
