Joining the Elderly

Yesterday, October 11, I turned 65 years old.
In the clear? I've joined the ranks of the elderly.

I am quite healthy and do not consider myself elderly at all.
However, the world gratefully and selfishly identifies you as elderly and old.

They also provide me with an old-age pension, and the other day the city office sent me a nursing care insurance card.
I'm really really grateful.

I'll leave it at that. Yesterday, my wife celebrated with a homemade cake.
She also gave me a birthday present…

I am truly grateful.
If I hadn't been married to my wife, I wouldn't have had such a happy birthday.

Although I am now an elderly person, I am still young at heart and have the energy and stamina to live an active life without growing old.

To my wife, "Thank you so much. 💛"
