1階の壁を作り、2階のスラブ工事の材料を購入して建築現場に保管していたが、妻の妹から「材料の材木や鉄筋の一部が盗まれた」という連絡があったそうだ

盗まれた材料の量はともかく、その材料代を稼ぐために日本で一生懸命働いている妻が怒るのは当然といえば当然だ。
建築中の家は奥まったところにあり、途中両側には妻の叔父たちの家がある。なので資材泥棒が入ってくるとは思いもしなかった。
移住後の防犯対策も考えておかなくては、と思った。
